PESHAWAR: Carrying Naswar while travelling is a punishable offence, says the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

The authority has issued a notification to impose a ban on Naswar for passengers travelling abroad. The CAA has alerted all the airports in Pakistan regarding the ban on carrying naswar. It says that the ban on Naswaar has been imposed following the decision of all the Arab countries to include naswar in the list of narcotics.

The notification states that the CAA will take strict action against the passengers if naswar was found in their luggage.
