FIR registered against JUIF workers for collecting donation for ’Azadi March’

In the tribal district of South Waziristan, Wana police has registered FIR against the leaders and activists of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam- Fazl (JUIF) for collecting donations for Azadi March.

According to the police, FIR against JUIF men was registered by SHO Usman who informed that JUIF workers and activists were asking people to provide financial support for the anti government march to begin from October 27.

The FIR states that the march in Islamabad is anti-government and such a long march falls into the category of spreading hatred against the state in the area.

It should be noted that Maulana Fazlur Rehman, JUIF’s chief, has announced an anti-government march on October 27, but participants of the march will enter Islamabad on October 31.
